7am – 11am – Event check in at Eurong beachfront.
Club Trip Leader to provide all club volunteers check in documentation. Clubs and volunteers welcome to attend check in to purchase raffle tickets and merchandise. Set up camp and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to explore K’gari.
Saturday 22nd of May 2021
12.30pm – Vehicle lucky draw prizes (must be in attendance to claim prize).

Sunday 23rd of May 2021
8:00am – All clubs and volunteers to be at designated cleaning / weeding area.
Trip leader or QPWS Rangers to brief volunteers on clean up safety procedures, requirements and to verify all volunteers on clean up safety procedures, requirements and to verify all volunteers are wearing mandatory PPE equipment.
Issue of rubbish collection bags and the system for collecting of waste and requirement to capture weight of all collected waste and the total number of bags at the designated waste collection station. Let’s get Cleaning!
3.30pm – Volunteer thank you afternoon / evening at Cathedrals on Fraser.
Raffle tickets and merchandise available for sale. Live entertainment by Double Jack, photo booth, jumping castle, sponsor displays, dinner by Noosa Spit Hire, waste statistics and great networking opportunity with clubs and volunteers.
5pm – Dinner commences (kids to be fed first), buffet style.
5.30pm – Clean up waste statistics.
6:00pm – Raffle ticket sales close.
6.30pm – Raffle draw commences.
7:00pm – End of BBQ and event entertainment, clubs to travel back to camp or stick around with drinks with the 4WD QLD & FICU committees

Clubs and volunteers pack up and commence departing Fraser Island only leaving footprints. See you again in 2022.
