Prize Draws Terms and Conditions 2021

National 4×4 Outdoors Show Raffle Prize Draw (art union) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 2 game.
1. Prize 1 x ARB 60L Fridge Freezer, total prize value RRP $1,699.00
2. Tickets $5ea, max 1,600 ticket sales.
3. Ticket purchaser must provide name and contact phone number on all purchased tickets.
4. Tickets available for sale online until 18th of March 2021 or at the National 4×4 Outdoors show at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up stand number 425 from 9am 19th of March 2021 to 3pm Sunday 21st of March 2021.
5. Tickets purchased online (ticket purchaser copy) will be available for collection at the National 4×4 Outdoors Show at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up stand number 425 from 9am Friday 19th to 3pm Sunday 21st or copy of ticket can be provided via email at request to treasurer@ficu.org.au
6. Four Wheel Drive Queensland and 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up management committee members and members of their immediate family (person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the committee members) are not eligible to enter.
7. Prize will be delivered to the winner within one month after the prize draw. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be kept for one year from the day the prize winner was decided.
8. Draw to be held at the National 4×4 Outdoors show on Sunday 21st of March 3pm at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up stand number 425.
9. Ticket must be retained in to claim prize.
10. Winner will be notified by phone with the winner published on www.ficu.org.au prize draws winners 2021 page and the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up Facebook page on 23rd of March 2021.


National 4×4 Outdoor Show Guess the number of Marine debris in the jar – Brisbane.

National 4×4 Outdoor Show guess the number of marine debris in the jar (promotional game) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 4 game.
1. Entry is free.
2. One entry per person. Entry ticket must include guess number, entrants name and contact phone number.
3. Person who guesses the correct number or the person who is closest to the total number of micro plastics in the jar wins. If more than one guess is correct or more than one guess is the same absolute value from the correct number, then the first guess recorded shall win.
4. Jar is able to be handled for viewing but jar must not be opened.
5. Four Wheel Drive Queensland and 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up management committee members and members of their immediate family (person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the committee members) are not eligible to enter.
6. Entry is available at the National 4×4 Outdoors show at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up stand number 425 from 9am Friday 19th of March to 5pm Sunday 21st of March 2021.
7. Prize is 1 set of ARB Tred Pro Recovery Boards RRP $295.00.
8. Prize will be delivered to the winner within one month after the prize draw. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be kept for 3 months from the day the prize winner was decided and will be redrawn 21st of June 2021.
9. Winner will be notified by phone with the winner published on www.ficu.org.au prize draws winners 2021 page and the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up Facebook page on 23rd of March 2021.


Vehicle Lucky Draw Prizes

4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up vehicle lucky draw prizes (promotional game) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 4 game.
1. Entry is free.
2. One entry per 4wd Qld member’s vehicle registered for FICU
3. Prizes are as per the list available on the prize draws 2021 page
4. Prizes will be drawn in descending order of RRP $ value.
5. Prizes will be drawn Tuesday 13th of April 2021.
6. Winners will be published on www.ficu.org.au prize draws winners 2021 page and the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up Facebook page on 18th of April 2021.


Fraser Island Raffle Prize Draw

Fraser Island Raffle Prize draw (art union) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 2 game.

1. Tickets $5ea.
2. Ticket purchaser must provide name and contact phone number on all purchased tickets.
3. Tickets available for sale online at www.ficu.org.au until 19th of May 2021 or at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up event from Friday 21st May to Sunday 23rd May until 6pm from 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up event Officials.

4. Tickets purchased online (ticket purchaser copy) will be available for collection at the 4WD QLD Fraser Island Clean Up event check in at Eurong Beach Resort on Friday 21st of May 2021 – 7am – 11am or at the Cathedrals Thank You Dinner from 3pm to 6pm on Sunday 23rd May or a copy of the ticket can be provided via email at request to treasurer@ficu.org.au
